The core of our metal-seated ball valve design lies in the precisely engineered metal-to-metal contact between the ball and the valve seat surfaces. Unlike soft-seated valves that rely on PTFE or polymer materials, our metal seats are made from high-performance alloy materials, including stainless steel, Stellite alloys, tungsten carbide, and chromium carbide coatings. These materials are applied using advanced HVOF (High-Velocity Oxy-Fuel) spraying technology, resulting in surface hardness far exceeding traditional coatings. Precision machining and diamond grinding techniques ensure perfect fit and roundness, achieving gas-tight sealing even under extreme conditions.

Our metal-seated ball valves are designed to withstand temperatures ranging from -29°C to 700°Cand pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 2500 LB (PN16-PN420). These valves are available in sizes from 1/2" to 64" (DN15-DN1600) and come in both floating ball and trunnion-mounted designs to meet diverse application needs. The spring-loaded seat design ensures reliable sealing at low pressures, while the pressure-assisted mechanism enhances sealing performance as line pressure increases.
